Here we work with the client through all the stages from acquisition of land right through to transferring the completed products onto the new owners. Our CCS is a bespoke services that takes the client from acquisition of land through to the commencement of construction. This service is ideal for clients requiring assistance in identifying profitable projects and led through each stage until the project is handed over to the builder for construction. This is often the most important stage of any development and vital to its profitability.

Our CMS is a specialized service focusing on the construction element of a development. We come in during the tendering phase for construction, assessing and evaluating the builders and providing recommendations to the client for awarding the tender. We will manage the entire construction until the project is handed over to the new owners. During this phase we will monitor the builder, hold regular construction meetings, facilitate the flow of correspondence between the builder, consultants and the client, review progress claims, track costs and progress and settle disputes.
